Location, 2 metro station in 5 mins Breakfast, Friendly staff, specially thanks to Costi. Clean room. Big bed. Lighting.

Standard room bathroom is too small. No central heating. Electric heater did the job.

Great location and good value

Excellent location within 5mins of both Queens way and Bayswater Tube Station Check in was quick and the hotel was operating normally even if there were construction/improvement works in progress

The £5 fee to use the baggage room is excessive when so many hotels allow you to use a baggage room for free

Convenient location why we’ve always stayed here when coming to London. Staff are super helpful and friendly . Rooms are clean .

They’ve downsized the room. We knew they were renovating at the time … but didn’t realise they’ve made the rooms into smaller rooms . Which is a shame . Kinda taking the luxury away . Loved how spacious the rooms were.

Great value and good experience despite minor inconveniences.

Great location, quick access to the tube, absolute bargain for its price.

The walls in the rooms are very thin, you can hear pretty much everything your neighbours are saying. That being said though, it was quiet during the night and noise wasn’t a big issue overall.

Hade to pay £50 damage deposit 5 to 7 working days to get it returned As long as they are happy with the room. I took a video before leaving it The bathroom was small but it worked

The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help me. Location.

The fact that we are in 2018 in the middle of a British heatwave and there was no Air-Con except a fan in each room. I paid for two rooms and one of them stank of SMOKE & DUST, even though I was told nothing was wrong with it! The toilets are so tiny you can barely move around it and the telephone in the room doesn't work well. I had to make several trips to reception whenever I needed something. I stayed in this hotel before but on a renovated floor (basement) and I think its totally unfair to charge the same amount of money for two completely different types of rooms.

This hotel is very closely located to Hyde park and underground station. the room was perfectly clean

the room I stayed had no window. and the air conditioner is located away from bad with no remote control. all night ı had to wake up and adjust the temperature manually.

The meals from the bar were lovely and well presented.

The hotel did not have a very welcoming atmosphere, was very business like. The room was extremely hot with little to no ventilation. Meals were good but bar staff were unpleasant and at times downright rude.

What was the highlight of Central Park Hotel

We booked two rooms. One with queen bed and one with three single beds. It was hot in London and after reading reviews, I noticed the hotel didn't have air conditioning in every room. We request air conditioning, but they didn't have a room with three single bed available with air conditioning. This room was miserable for our kids, and we had to move them the next day to the downstair floor room with air conditioning. Our kids seemed happy with their room after they were moved. Our room with just a queen bed had air conditioning and was awesome! The Wifi was fast, the location was excellent. I know others online complained about the staff, but I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating.

Good location

The rooms are incredibly small and there was no a/c facilities in the room. When I brought it up to reception they told me that the hotel is old (45yrs).... as if this is a valid reason for not having such facilities in 2018

Great location. Close to the Central metro line, Hyde park is nearby.

I was sure that during the booking process I requested a room for one adult and 2 children and belived that this was the final price. However, I was unpleasantly surprised at arrival when asked to pay for the third bed in the room (30GBP per night). At the reception they tried to convince me that I have booked a double room.. Not very well communicated. Another problem was the lack of air-conditionning in the room. Although temperatures above 30C might not be often in London, during our stay it was the case - extremely hot. The fan in the room was just a joke, not enogh to cool off the room and had to work also during the night (despite the terrible noise).

It was easy to get to and some staff were very helpful and knowledgable

No air conditioning. The fans provided by the hotel helped a bit but the rooms were extremly hot. The bathrooms were so small that it was rough to maneuver around. The fridge kept beeping so we had to unplug it regularly and the safe was locked with previous occupants code. Staff said they would fix it but did not. It was not terrible experience but not sure I would book there again in the summer of they don't have ac. Also, staff did not know about tube closures which would have been helpful information.

Employ more bar staff waiting to long to get served as only 1 person serving and doing coffee cleaning tables serving food etc another person working in the bar at all times .No draws in the room and of course no air con And fan not addequate .

As there was no air conditioning on our floor and the weather was hotter than usual, it was such an uncomfortable night, the fan provided just circulated warm air,hence the low score. Great location and a clean hotel just not in the summer to stay.

What was the highlight of Central Park Hotel

The hotel was clean and spacious. The location was good being next to Hyde park and a short walk from the underground.

There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms at all! And the window barely opens. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. We had to ask reception for a fan and we only got a pissy little desk fan. Thank god our stay was only two nights.
